NVS Healthcare Solutions is the healthcare staffing and services division of NVS, a federally focused company founded by Natasha Velez. We solve one of the hardest problems in government healthcare: getting qualified, credentialed clinical staff into the right facility, on time, and in full compliance.
We support state hospitals, behavioral health programs, correctional health systems, and other government healthcare environments. Our multi-channel recruiting model fills roles quickly without sacrificing quality, whether we serve as the prime contractor or as a dependable subcontractor to a prime.

Who We Are
NVS Healthcare Solutions places qualified clinical talent where it is needed most. We staff facilities across multiple states with credentialed professionals, including CNAs, LPNs, RNs, Psychiatric RNs, Respiratory Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and behavioral and mental health technicians.
We work as a trusted subcontracting partner to prime contractors serving government and institutional clients. That role keeps our focus narrow and our standards high. We source, vet, and submit candidates who meet the clinical and compliance requirements of demanding facility environments, and we stand behind every placement we make.
Healthcare staffing rewards speed, but it punishes shortcuts. Our recruiters move quickly without skipping the credentialing, screening, and fit checks that protect patients and the facilities that serve them. When a candidate reaches a client, they are ready to work.

A Note from Our Founder
I have spent more than fifteen years in federal contracting, and in that time I learned something that shapes how we run this division. The work only matters if the people doing it are ready. In healthcare, that truth carries weight. A staffing decision is not a line on a spreadsheet. It is a nurse at a bedside, a therapist in a session, a technician a patient is counting on.
I built NVS Healthcare Solutions because I saw how often staffing falls short of that standard. Facilities get bodies instead of professionals. Partners get promises instead of follow-through. I wanted to build something that worked differently, where credentialing is never rushed, where a placement is a commitment and not a transaction, and where the people we send reflect the trust our partners place in us.
We are a subcontracting partner by design. That role keeps us focused on what we do best, which is finding qualified clinical talent and getting it where it needs to be. We do not chase every opening. We grow carefully, we vet thoroughly, and we stand behind the people we place.
